Where nurture meets nature

welcome to little foxes forest school

Little Foxes forest school was founded and set up in 2018 by primary school teachers with over 30 years combined experience.

Our team has seen first hand the benefits that children gain from playing and learning outdoors.  We are on a mission to offer children the opportunity to play and learn in a natural environment.  Our magnificent settings encourage children to become decision makers, explorers, foragers, chefs, climbers and so much more.

Our outdoor Nurseries cater for children aged 2.5 - 4 years old.  We believe in the strength of nature for turning children into creative and resilient learners. We pride ourselves on being situated in two of the most beautiful green spaces in Bristol: Stoke Park Estate and the Westbury Wildlife Park (Jan 2024), both in convenient and central locations.  We are dedicated to giving back to the community.  Both of our settings have bases within the grounds of charitable organisations, and our rent feed directly into the work they do supporting local disadvantaged children, and wildlife conservation in the area.

Every aspect of it is 5 star. From the key workers’ energy and enthusiasm, the organisation of everything, the communication, the food. It’s just wonderful

GOT A QUESTION?

For more information, read our FAQs or contact us.

It seems to me that the natural world is the greatest source of excitement; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest.  It is the greatest source of so much that makes life worth living.
