Westbury Little Foxes Open Morning Weds June 26th 10-11am

Please allow yourself plenty of time to find the park if you are unfamiliar with it, or the surrounding area.

PLEASE NOTE: As we are in Winter, the park is muddy and wet in areas. Please wear wellies/boots and appropriate clothing/outdoor wear for attending the Open Day/season.

Instructions for getting to the park:

We at the WWPF would like everybody to come and visit us. We encourage everybody who does to do so responsibly. Using alternative transport to driving is encouraged. We have a car park but that is reserved for Staff Volunteers, Disabled Users, River of life on Sundays, Wild Yoga Clients & WOT-POTS.

There is parking in the Village behind CO-OP and W-O-T Primary care centre please use these facilities if you need to drive. Please be courteous to the residents along Trym Road and Pinewood close and use the car parks in the Village. Please be aware that there are no dogs allowed in the park apart from guide dogs/assistance dogs.

We will signpost the open day once you enter the main park gates and a Little Foxes team member will be there to guide you.

Children are welcome to attend with you and we will have a range of resources and toys for them to get stuck into playing with alongside our current cohort of LIttle Foxes children! This is as much their chance to experience a fun time at Forest school!

Hannah (Westbury Manager), Janie (Little Foxes Founder/Manager) & NIc (Office Manager) will host a campfire welcome talk on what to expect from Little foxes forest school, with an opportunity to toast on the fire, and ask any questions you may have. Following this we will walk up to our dedicated Forest preschool site, including 'Owl Cottage', to give children and families to experience what typical provision looks like.

We opened our doors (or gates!) in January 2024 and offer provision Mon-Thurs 8am-14.30pm Term time only.

We accept Government funded hours, childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare.

We have a maximum of 20 places (2.5yrs+) per day and we are almost at capacity! If you are interested, please register your child by emailing westbury@littlefoxesforest.co.uk to secure your place.
